I'm an AI product engineer with a business background - finance and information systems degrees from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, followed by twelve years programming and building software at PwC, Capital One, and McKinsey.

I lead engineering teams, while constantly obsessing over the end user, whether that be a customer, business stakeholder, or internal teammate. I credit this to years of working in the food industry in high school and college, where I learned the value of customer experience and effective teamwork early on. My background enables me to understand the business and user context behind the tech I build, making me a more effective engineer and technical leader.

Outside of work I'm a husband and dad of three. I exercise my competive drive through basketball and running, and my creative side playing keyboard with local musicians and attending open mic nights around Oak Park, IL
